We don't offer any custom sizes, so sorry. We do offer all our rings in as many sizes as we possibly can and do hassle-free exchanges. Give the closest ring size a try.

Sorry again, we don't do any customisations. Instead, we'd like to offer many new designs as often as possible so you can have more choices.

When you shop with us we will ship your order super fast and we will make sure you get your goodies no matter what! Orders placed before 13:00 UK time will be shipped on the same day. Read our full Delivery info here.

Shipping is Free in the UK and as low shipping rates as we can everywhere else in the world. We cover part of the cost of shipping so you can get your goodies delivered cheaper. See our 10th Commandments.

Shipping will be automatically calculated for you before you checkout so you see how much you pay. Shipping cost is weight-based.

Shipping upgrades are available for an extra fee or for free for larger orders.

If your ring doesn't fit perfectly when you get it, please fill in the Return A Product Form so we can arrange an exchange. 

We offer free returns in the UK. For international orders you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs, sorry about that. We’ll dispatch replacements for free though.
