Just add both items in your cart for an automatic discount during checkout.
You can mix and match between items in the same promotion. Cheapest item goes free.
You can also of course buy 2 and get 2 free. Or buy 10 and get 10 free! The sky is the limit!
We'd love to try but we aim to dispatch super fast - so we can't guarantee it. If you place a new order with whatever extra items you want and send us an email to combine your orders, we'll do our best. Be warned - if our fulfilment centre has already started processing the first order, we won't be able to combine them!
We don't offer any custom sizes, so sorry. We do offer all our rings in as many sizes as we possibly can and do hassle-free exchanges. Give the closest ring size a try.
We try to dispatch so fast that we have to consider all sales final once checkout is complete. If you did place an order in error please be ultra fast and contact us immediately. We'll do our best to stop our fulfilment team before they dispatch.
If your order has already shipped, we can arrange for a return and refund instead. No worries!
Sorry again, we don't do any customisations. Instead, we'd like to offer many new designs as often as possible so you can have more choices.
We can’t currently change gems as we carry a specific range of gemstones and all stock is prepared with the stone shown.
Payments
It’s dead easy! Just put in your coupon code during checkout where it asks for “Discount” and then click “Apply”. It will automatically deduct from your total amount. You can only use one coupon at a time. Coupons might not be allowed in combination with other sales.
Discount coupons cannot be used with items that are already heavily discounted, for example 50% off or on a buy 1 get 1 free offer.
OMG we support so many currencies! It’s a currency fetish! You can generally see prices and pay in your home currency. There might be exceptions because the world is a really big place.
You’ll probably notice a pop-up asking you to verify your location and currency.
You can also find a drop-down menu at the very bottom of every web page.
Whatever currency you chose there, you’ll see the prices and also pay in that currency. Farewell annoying bank charges for foreign transactions!
Does all this currency complexity make our accountant want to shed her mortal coil? Yes, definitely. Is it worth it? Anything for you my dear.
Most of the times yes however if we offer a really deep discount like 50% off or buy 1 get 1 free, discount coupons will not be accepted during checkout, you will see an error.

Our checkout system is pretty solid, so it should give you an idea of why a payment won’t get through. But please do get in touch if you need any help or clarification.
Double check your address, post code (zip code), and CVV number. Banks expect the billing address in these fields.
If your payment still seems to be declined for no reason whatsoever, give your bank a call, they might be blocking the payment. Sometimes, banks are just too trigger happy with their automatic fraud-prevention systems.
If you are fine with using Paypal, you can complete the payment through that, as a workaround.
No, no, no, we don’t do such stuff, that’s lame... but banks do!
Make sure you know what currency you are paying with. Sometimes this causes confusion as $10 is not £10 (but we wish it was!).
We accept all sorts of currencies (see above) so you can pay in your home currency. This should give less opportunities for your bank to charge you extra fees.
If you have any concerns about a payment, by all means get in touch with us, we will look carefully into it and make sure all is nice and tidy. We take security matters very seriously!
Of course! Be careful though. Sometimes, certain pre-paid cards can't be processed by our shop for a number of reasons. Your card might be restricted internationally or someone might have cursed you from afar... If you're unlucky, contact your card provider and raise hell.
Check and double-check that your pre-paid card can accept refunds before you buy! If your card can't accept refunds there's nothing we can do, which sucks. :( When we attempt a refund to a pre-paid credit card, the money leaves our account and can get stuck in banking limbo. If we process a refund but your card provider doesn't accept refunds, you will have to get in touch with them directly.

TL;DR Yes for UK, no for everywhere else.
When we ship items within the UK, we have to charge VAT at the rate of 20%. We display the price with tax included when you select “United Kingdom (GBP £)” as your country and currency at the bottom of any page.
Tax will also be included in the shipping costs.
We don’t charge tax for other countries so if you chose another country, tax will not be included in the prices.
Even if you select another country, if you want your goodies shipped to the UK, taxes will be added during checkout. Death and taxes, brothers and sisters, death and taxes.
Shipping
Shipping internationally is a complicated beast so we have our strongest charm spells on hand! Bear with us while we try to unravel the mystery for you. The only certainty is that you WILL get your goodies, not matter what.
Mysteries aside, when you go to the checkout and enter your address you will get an accurate shipping cost calculation shown.
Items In-Stock
Products in stock are shipped from our UK underground volcano vault (a part of this statement is not true 🤔). Orders placed before 13:00 UK time will be shipped on the same day (totally true). We generally ship with normal post but if we can offer shipping upgrades, you will see them available to buy.
Items Made On-Demand
Here’s the magic about on-demand: we work with various elven forges around Middle Earth so that your goodies are produced as close as possible to you! Shipping then is quicker, cheaper, and less polluting than if it was mass produced in the old way. We will generally use tracked shipping through the post but there’s just too many combinations of production facilities and countries to list. If there is an Express shipping option available, you’ll see it during checkout.
Pro Tip: If you have only 1 on-demand item in your cart, you will see a very accurate estimate of the delivery date. If you have many items, you will see the longest delivery date so less useful.
Buying Multiple Items
If you buy multiple goodies (lucky you!) then please note that they may come in multiple shipments. We’ll do our best to ship everything together but items might come from different parts of the world.

Some of our on demand items cannot be shipped to all countries, really sorry about that. You will get a notification in checkout if that's the case.
This mainly affects phone cases and shoes.
Once your order has been shipped you will get a confirmation email with your tracking number, if we used a tracked service. You can either track through the link in your confirmation email, log into your R+W account and check My orders, or visit the shipping courier we used and input your tracking number.
For international orders, you might need to track the parcel on the website of your local postal service once the parcel enters your country. The same tracking number applies.
The postal services of many countries offer quite detailed tracking info with a lot of data on the journey of your order. Some countries though offer very basic tracking, maybe only delivery confirmation. Just get in touch if you have any concerns or if the tracking info looks weird or stuck.
In-Stock Items
We are UK based so normal shipping within the country is 1 to 2 days through Royal Mail. It may take up to two weeks if the postmen get a bit confused, but it’s rare.
Next Day shipping is with DPD and it’s a pretty great service. If DPD doesn’t deliver in your area, we will use Royal Mail shipping service.
Orders placed before 13:00 UK time are dispatched same day. We don’t dispatch during the weekend.
On-Demand Items
Delivery varies depending on where your goodies are made. The best way to get an accurate estimate is to add a single item in the cart and go to checkout, our system will divine an accurate prediction.
In-Stock Items
We are UK based and use the normal post for Standard Shipping. Delivery estimates vary by country, here’s what you should expect:
European countries - 1 to 4 weeks
USA and Canada - 1 to 6 weeks
Australia - 2 to 8 weeks
Rest of the World - 2 to 8 weeks
The above are average estimates. The postmen do beat these often.
Delivery times for Tracked and Standard shipments are officially supposed to be the same but in our experience Tracked packets get delivered quicker.
Orders placed before 13:00 UK time are dispatched same day. We don’t dispatch during the weekend.
DHL Shipping
You can choose DHL delivery anywhere in the world except the UK. It’s pricey but fast and with great tracking. DHL usually delivers within 2-3 days in most countries. For very heavy orders DHL is usually the only option, the post can’t deliver heavy parcels. Just a heads up that we might, on rare occasions, use a comparable service from UPS or another courier.
On-Demand Items
When our elves around the world make an item on-demand for you, we make sure that your order is produced at the nearest elven enclave. Crafting takes some time but then your items takes less time and pollution to arrive to you.
Since there are too many secretive elven production facilities and too many destination countries, we cannot just list all the options here.
However, you can just add a single on-demand item in your cart and enter your address at checkout: you will see a pretty damn good delivery estimate and the precise shipping cost. Clear as mithril.
Please note that your order may indeed come in multiple shipment. Sometimes we just want to cut a tee shirt in pieces and mail it in 20 envelopes! 😆 Sorry too much caffeine.
But seriously now, yes, if you buy many items, your order may be shipped in multiple parcels and from multiple locations. We are sorry for the inconvenience but we promise it’s for the best.
Particularly for our items produced on-demand, we will try to produce as close to your home as possible so shipping will be faster and cheaper, with less gas consumption.
Let’s say you are in the US and order a cute tee that’s made on-demand and an awesome mug that is in stock. Your tee will be made within a couple of days and shipped from within the US to you. The mug was in stock in our UK warehouse so it will be shipped separately from there. You will get notifications and tracking (if available) for each shipment.
In any case, during checkout, you will see a combined shipping cost for your whole order and it will be exactly what the postmen charge us to ship your goodies.
We know you can’t wait and that’s why we move fast! So don’t panic, a number of things could be the reason:
1. It’s the weekend! We love our employees and they love their weekend so nobody works during weekends. That means that if you placed your order after 13:00 UK time on Friday, your order will be processed from Monday onwards. Once it has left our processing facility we will let you know with a shipping confirmation.
2. We are accidentally out of stock and running around in a panic trying to see how to sort the mess! Mistakes in stock count sometimes happen, but we will work like mad to solve the problem in a way that suits you. In such a case, we have probably contacted you already. Check your spam folder and get in touch if you can’t find anything.
3. Some of your goodies are produced on-demand so we need a few days to convince the machine spirits to make them for you.

If you can only see Tracked or Signed international shipping options, either of two things is happening:
1. We've selected the most cost effective option for you.
Sometimes specific weights to specific destinations make more sense to ship with a Tracked or Express option. Standard shipping would be more expensive. We automatically choose the best option for you.
Or...
2. Standard shipping is not available in your country.
In some countries postmen aren't very reliable and that's why we are forced to use the extra protection of Tracked/Signed service to make sure that parcels arrive to you.
The normal post has a weight limit to parcels. Seems you have a heavy order in your cart, thank you so much for liking our stuff! Only a courier like DHL or UPS will take heavy parcels and they are a bit more pricey. On the upside, you get a kick ass service with them, 2-3 days to most places in the world with detailed tracking.
We almost always use DHL but sometimes UPS or another courier makes more sense, either cost-wise or because DHL would be too slow in your area. Rarely DHL might not even deliver to your address.
What we promise is that we didn't downgrade your shipping option, we just chose what we thought was best.
Each country has its own import laws and customs regulations and these are completely out of our control. And they are also changing every other day, it seems, gods have mercy on us all! Any customs charges that occur will be your own responsibility, sorry about that.
All parcels sent to the EU may incur customs and VAT fees, no matter what is the amount of your order. Please keep in mind that you will be responsible for paying them when your parcel arrives to your country.

We're 100% online and that means we're open 24 hours a day 'n 7 days a week. So turn that insomnia at 5 in the morning into a mad-ass shopping spree!
Phone Cases
First off, sorry about that. We are a small company and we do our best but it's hard for us to make everything.
Different designs are made in different models so have a more thorough browse if you haven't already.
These beauties are made of TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane). TPU is BPA free and very safe all around with excellent strength and resistance.
The art on the case is made of acrylic.
Care for it like a close friend you haven't seen since your school days, like a warm memory from a childhood holiday, like an... ahem sorry.
These cases are tough so they mostly take care of themselves. If yours gets dirty, just wipe it with a damp cloth until it shines and let dry.
Do not use any chemicals like alcohol and do not submerge in water, it's water resistant but not waterproof. So you can take it with you for a rainy stroll but not a dive in the pool ;)
